Creating your own part-time or full -time business enterprise can be an exciting and rewarding adventure. This seminar will review the entrepreneurial and administrative skills needed for success. Options for legal structuring a business will be reviewed, such as sole proprietorship, partnership, LLC, and incorporation. Tools and strategies for efficient daily management will be discussed, along with a review of marketing, finances, expansion, and other crucial elements to a successful startup. Learn how to successfully start your own business enterprise.

Michael Bromley
Bromley, Michael Michael is a published historian, entrepreneur and high school teacher. He graduated from Hamilton College with a degree in English/Writing and a minor in Anthropology. After college, he built at $12+ mm business representing U.S. consumer product companies in South American markets. When a major U.S. brand took over the business, he wrote two books and numerous academic articles on automotive and political history, and has appeared on various History Channel and A&E documentaries. Michael taught high school for 8 years, and has for the past 12 years worked directly with students and their families via School4Schools.com LLC, an academic coaching service. Bromley & his wife also run School4Schools Foundation, and with it have helped build a school in Liberia.
