BUONASERA! My name is Massimo and I am an Italian guy with a passion for cooking and thisis the reason why I started to teach/share my culinary knowledge with Arlington’s residents in2016. I was born in Turin, Piedmont chief town,and my family and I moved to the US in 2011.If you like Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, ravioli, agnolotti, egg pasta, Barolo, Nebbiolo,breadsticks….you also like the region where I’m from!I use to teach easy recipes from North to South Italy. Making semolina pasta is my favorite, it’smy anti-stress exercise. As I use to say, there are no secrets! Only practice practice practiceand passion!
