Italian "dolci" vary significantly from region to region. Just a few bites of sweetness is the perfect ending to any meal. Come and prepare chocolate "salami" (dark chocolate with tea cookies) shaped like a salami, sporcamuss pastries from the Apulia region (puff pastry and custard), bonet custard from Piedmont, and panna cotta with Nutella.

BUONASERA! My name is Massimo and I am an Italian guy with a passion for cooking and thisis the reason why I started to teach/share my culinary knowledge with Arlington’s residents in2016. I was born in Turin, Piedmont chief town,and my family and I moved to the US in 2011.If you like Nutella, Ferrero Rocher, ravioli, agnolotti, egg pasta, Barolo, Nebbiolo,breadsticks….you also like the region where I’m from!I use to teach easy recipes from North to South Italy.
