Course Description

Urban dwellers experience special challenges when designing their homes. Space is limited, furniture must serve multiple purposes, and storage is non-existent. Urbanites are also often in a life-transition that impacts design choices - starting/changing careers, downsizing, or living with limited mobility. This how-to workshop is for anyone living in a small space; apartment, condo or single family home, who could use a simple process to jump start their design plan. Working with a resourceful designer, participants will create a floor plan for one room of their choice.
