Born in Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic, Isabel Nova is an experienced systems engineer with a bachelor's degree in computer science. Beyond technology, her academic pursuits include a Master’s degree in Public Administration from institutions in Spain and the Dominican Republic, a Postgraduate Degree in Marketing Administration, and a Certified Professional Coach (PCC) certification from the International Coach Federation in Argentina.
With experience in both the private and public sectors, Nova has successfully implemented various projects for the Dominican Republic government. In 2016, she relocated to the United States, settling in Virginia. She has held roles with international organizations in Washington, DC, and has also dedicated her time to teaching languages and information technology to adult learners in Arlington and Fairfax County.
"I believe that language learning should be an enjoyable and immersive experience. To this end, we will incorporate a variety of activities, such as group discussions, role-plays, vocabulary building, grammar reinforcement, cultural presentations and much more besides.
