Course Description

We love how lemons punch up flavor of a dish. Preserving lemons in salt and their own juice are prized ingredients in cooking as they mellow out the tart intensity, while heightening the lemony taste. Join us and learn how easy it is to make your own preserved lemons. We will prepare North African roast fish, broiled Mediterranean lamb with preserved lemon relish, and a salad.
