Course Description

South India is known for inventive vegetarian cuisine that is light, fresh and spicy - featuring rice, legumes, fresh vegetables, coconut and special spice blends. Menu will feature Rice and Lentil Crepes with Spicy Potato Filling (Masala Dosa), Split Pigeon Pea and Vegetable Stew (Sambar), and Fresh Coconut Chutney (Thengai Chatni)
