Course Description

Come meet local journalists and learn how they spot stories, collect information and turn their reporting into interesting articles. Then you'll put their advice to work and produce your own articles. Classes focus on effective writing strategies and advice for pitching - and selling - stories to media outlets. Your instructor has more than 30 years of experience as a reporter and editor with national newspapers and magazines.
