This 90-minute workshop will provide you with the "best practices" in self defense and personal safety. Become more attuned to your surroundings, your environment, be aware of "red flag" situations, learn to rely on your senses. Sensai Toni, a second degree Black Belt will also demonstrate and explain techniques on how to de-escalate a situation, how to escape an attack and break away from a physical altercation.
