Welcome to my Russian Beginning 1 class! No prior experience needed! By the end, you'll confidently speak, read, and write in Russian. What to expect and what you'll learn: Step-by-step approach. Master the Cyrillic Alphabet. Basics of Russian grammar. Introduce yourself in Russian, tell about your occupation, family and hobbies without special details.

I am a highly experienced Ukrainian and Russian native-speaking educator with a 30-year teaching background in schools across Ukraine and Russia. Holding a Master's Degree in teaching from the prestigious Kiev State Pedagogical Institute for Foreign Languages, I currently teach Ukrainian and Russian languages at Arlington Community Learning and DLS (Diplomatic Language Services) in DC.
My passion for teaching is unwavering, and my dedication to my students is evident in the lasting relationships I build with them. Over the years, I have developed my own proven program, crafting informative and engaging lessons that captivate my students' interest.
